The Copywriter is an established performer who works to solve marketing problems of limited complexity and scope by identifying and addressing problems such as brand consistency as well as learning drafting and editing processes and gaining an understanding of marketing. This role is responsible for creating compelling and engaging content. The Copywriter will draft clear, compelling copy for a variety of mediums including advertising, website landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, and social media. They will conduct research and interviews as needed for content creation and utilize and understand creative briefs to meet project requirements. Ensuring all content aligns with company and brand guidelines is crucial, as is supporting business objectives by collaborating with Marketing, Product, Channel, and Sales teams. The Copywriter will also edit and proofread copy as needed, perform accurate analyses, and research how target customers are searching for products and services. They will use innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the team's work, effectively applying functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges. Additionally, the Copywriter will provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals, influence others within the job area by explaining facts and policies to resolve routine issues, and work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear, compelling copy for a variety of mediums including advertising, website landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, and social media.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice.
• Writing in a variety of styles including email, digital platforms, B2B, and B2C.
• Knowledge of SEO Strategies.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
