Responsibilities

  • Write persuasive, high-quality copy for a variety of marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice that reflects our values and resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and other stakeholders to align messaging with campaign goals and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the creative team to ensure final deliverables are on-brand and impactful.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitors' strategies to continuously improve content quality.
  • Adapt writing style to fit various platforms, audiences, and campaign goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism or related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within a marketing department or agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of copy across different media.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • A passion for storytelling, creativity, and driving results through impactful copy.
  • Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
