About the position

The Content Specialist / Copywriter will be responsible for creating engaging B2B and DTC content to enhance the digital presence of a leading wholesale distributor of swimming pool equipment and related products. This role involves developing content strategies primarily for social media, along with other digital marketing initiatives, and requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media, blogs, digital campaigns, and emails.
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with teams and agencies to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• Stay updated on social media trends to keep content fresh and effective.
• Art direct and style social media shoots to ensure brand consistency.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create high-quality visual content.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Writing, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of digital and social copywriting experience (agency experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in social media content creation and copywriting.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
