The Brand & Creative Agency is an integral part of the Marketing Center of Excellence, functioning as both a strategic partner and a creative hub for the entire enterprise. This team collaborates with internal partners to create, execute, and deliver innovative creative solutions that align with business requirements, while also engaging with external vendors when necessary. The agency is responsible for developing marketing collateral for both existing and new brand partners, supporting ongoing marketing communications and engagement efforts. As a Brand & Creative Agency Copywriter, you will play a supporting role in collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality copy across various mediums, including print, email, packaging, digital, video/motion scripts, and brand communications. This position involves working closely with a team of copywriters and proofreaders, contributing to conceptual development, content creation, and project execution. The Copywriter is expected to be a dynamic collaborator, innovator, and content creator, demonstrating original content creation, content management, excellent editing skills, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will actively share project responsibilities with your team, often supporting the Lead Copywriter in managing the day-to-day workload. As a representative of the copy team across the organization, you will engage with account partners and senior leadership, requiring a solid understanding of the business and the agility to identify and correct any deviations from best practices. Your contributions will support the Lead Copywriter and the overall Agency in achieving its goals and objectives, while also collaborating with writers located in Bangalore, India.
