About the position

The Copywriter position is a part-time role focused on creating engaging content for travel and tourism campaigns. This remote position requires collaboration with a marketing team to develop persuasive copy across various media, including digital and print. The role is designed for individuals with experience in the travel sector, aiming to enhance brand messaging and audience engagement through effective copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and persuasive copy for travel and tourism campaigns across digital and print media.
• Develop taglines and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design social media campaign copy that increases engagement.
• Write and edit content for out-of-home (OOH) advertising, campaign copy, headlines, taglines and more.
• Utilize Google Suite for content creation and collaboration with team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a copywriter in the travel and tourism sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing copywriting skills and successful campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of social media marketing and campaign strategies.
• Local to or experience with the Pacific Northwest.
