Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and advocating for unique, high-quality communications for various assignments, ensuring that your work exceeds both creative expectations and client business goals. You will oversee the production process for specific creative ideas across multiple media, including print, broadcast, and digital. Staying current with marketing trends and digital tools is essential, as is the ability to present your ideas persuasively to both internal teams and clients. You will also contribute to new business pitches and client presentations, ensuring that you remain informed about the client's business and industry landscape. The role requires demonstrable experience in generating award-winning ideas, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to appeal to diverse audiences. While a college degree is preferred, competency will be evaluated based on your body of work. Strong conceptual thinking, adherence to deadlines, and excellent written and presentation skills are essential. You will work closely with various teams, including the Account Group and Strategic Planning, and provide direction to Proofreaders and Production staff. The fast-paced environment demands the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and advocate for unique, award-winning quality communications for various assignments.
  • Deliver ideas and work that exceed creative expectations and client business goals.
  • Oversee the production process for specific creative ideas across multiple media including print, broadcast, and digital.
  • Stay current with marketing trends and digital tools related to evolving forms of communication and storytelling.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and make client presentations.
  • Conceptualize, brainstorm, and develop creative ideas for television, print, digital, and outdoor media opportunities.
  • Approve executions throughout the production process.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in generating ideas at an award-winning level.
  • Strong written communication skills and good presentation skills preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong, conceptual ideas that surpass conventional advertising.
  • Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines and schedules.
  • Portfolio or reel must display the ability to do work that appeals to diverse audiences and a range of clients.
