About the position

The Copywriter at The Judge Group Inc. will be a key member of the Global Brand Studio, responsible for maintaining the voice, tone, and quality of brand content across various platforms. This role requires a content expert who will drive storytelling for key projects, craft engaging copy, and ensure consistency in brand messaging across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee content creation efforts for key initiatives within the Global Content Studio, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Craft engaging copy for multiple channels, including emails, product flows, social media, landing pages, and more.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Content Strategy teams to ensure that messaging frameworks are consistently reflected across all content.
  • Serve as the brand voice and tone advocate, ensuring all communications maintain a cohesive and compelling narrative.
  • Lead content sprints with a 'test-and-learn' approach, optimizing based on data insights and performance results.
  • Manage editorial calendars, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets internal goals.
  • Integrate SEO and conversion strategies into content development to enhance audience reach and engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Legal, and Product, to drive content forward.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure content meets business objectives and market needs.
  • Review content performance metrics and continuously improve content strategies to increase effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles within marketing, tech, journalism, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in copywriting, proofreading, and editing, with a proven ability to adapt to various content formats and audiences.
  • Familiarity with brand strategy and maintaining consistent messaging across content channels.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • A data-driven approach to content creation, using performance insights to enhance strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization for conversions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with global teams and adapt content for different cultural markets.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor content teams or stakeholders, delivering high-quality, impactful content.
