About the position

The Copywriter at VaynerMedia is responsible for ideation and creation of high-engagement content across various media platforms. This role requires collaboration with creative, client services, and strategy teams to develop impactful content that aligns with client objectives and brand voice. The Copywriter will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and create high-speed, high-volume content.
• Collaborate with creative, client services, and strategy departments to develop content that meets client briefs and KPIs.
• Write engaging social and traditional media content that reflects the brand's voice.
• Interpret creative direction and adapt briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
• Manage multiple projects with short deadlines simultaneously.
• Propose copy concepts and present strategic thinking to creative leaders.
• Partner with an Art Director to develop creative work from content calendars to campaigns.
• Support from pre-production through post-production, including organizing shoots and directing content.
• Gather insights from platforms and consumer feedback to make relevant recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in copywriting and content creation for digital/social media.
• Strong execution and strategic thinking skills.
• Passion for learning and ideating strategically focused campaigns.
• Aptitude for time management, organization, and communication.
• Ability to adapt to multiple brand voices.
• Passion for storytelling and mastery of grammar in English.
• Ability to proofread and self-edit for error-free content.
• Effective collaboration skills with various teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in art direction or working closely with Art Directors.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and social media platforms.
