About the position

The Associate Copywriter at REVOLVE will join a team responsible for creating engaging and technical product copy. This role requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with peers and management, ensuring that product descriptions reflect the brand's voice and meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a solid background in proofreading and copy editing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team and management to write creative product content
• Develop presentations as needed
• Understand and translate the REVOLVE voice from editorial and social media copy to product copy
• Write descriptive copy and gather fabrication, description, and key features of products for the company websites
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to develop and execute streamlined work processes

Requirements

• Highly organized and flexible with great attention to detail
• Self-starter with excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
• Able to collaborate in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Experience with E-commerce copy standards and demands
• Knowledge of apparel silhouettes & fabrics across the industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years experience - creative writing background
• Recent copywriting experience as a brand copywriter
• Familiarity with copyediting and proofreading standards
