About the position

The Copywriter position at Robert Half is a freelance role focused on creating engaging and brand-focused content for various digital channels. The role involves collaboration with a creative team, conducting research, and staying updated with industry trends to enhance content effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand-focused and engaging content for various digital channels including blogs, social media platforms, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling narratives and maximize engagement.
• Conduct in-depth research to understand our clients' needs, products, and audience demographics.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure it meets required standards and is free of errors.
• Stay updated with digital marketing, copywriting and social media trends and techniques.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years professional copywriting experience, ideally 5+ years of experience.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an understanding of the special requirements of writing for the web, such as the use of keywords, hyperlinks, navigation and the importance of brevity.
• Must have a portfolio of writing samples to showcase abilities.
• A strong understanding of social media and LinkedIn, their roles within business and their demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field.
