The Copywriter position at VaynerMedia focuses on ideation and creation of high-engagement content across various platforms. Responsibilities

• Ideate and create high-volume content for social and traditional media.
• Collaborate with creative, client services, and strategy departments to meet client briefs and KPIs.
• Write impactful content that reflects the brand's voice.
• Interpret creative direction and adapt briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with short deadlines.
• Propose copy concepts and present strategic thinking to creative leaders.
• Partner with an Art Director to develop creative work from content calendars to campaigns.
• Support pre-production through post-production, including organizing shoots and directing content.
• Gather insights from platforms and consumer feedback to make relevant recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in copywriting and content creation for digital/social media.
• Strong execution and strategic thinking skills.
• Passion for learning and ideating strategically focused campaigns.
• Aptitude for time management, organization, and communication.
• Ability to adapt to multiple brand voices.
• Mastery of grammar and the English language with storytelling skills.
• Ability to proofread and self-edit for error-free content.
• Effective collaboration skills with various teams.
