We are seeking a talented Copywriter to join our team, focusing on creating compelling content for our paid and organic social media, emails, and SMS campaigns. This role is pivotal in collaborating with our art and strategy partners to produce scroll-stopping and conversion-driving content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating strategic and creative briefs into engaging copy that captures attention and drives action. From crafting promotional subject lines that boost email open rates to creating witty social media posts that foster brand engagement, your writing will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts. In this position, you will be tasked with turning high-level campaign messaging into concise and impactful storytelling tailored for various channels. You will consistently generate innovative ideas that push our brand creatively while managing multiple projects from concept through to execution. Presenting your work to leadership during creative reviews will be a regular part of your responsibilities, as will actively participating in meetings to provide input and creative solutions. Staying abreast of trends in social media, furniture/home furnishings, design, fashion, and pop culture will be essential to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in retail.
  • B.A. in journalism, advertising, English, creative writing, or marketing.
