Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for live briefs autonomously, taking responsibility for ideas and campaign delivery.
• Work across a high volume of cross-channel briefs.
• Lead the strategic and creative origination of cross-channel campaigns.
• Articulate the big ideas behind creative work in a coherent and persuasive manner.
• Present ideas in internal and client meetings, managing creative feedback and constructively challenging colleagues and clients.
• Hone craft and focus on execution details to ensure high-quality output.
• Demonstrate understanding of how ideas can be executed in different media and their cultural impact.
• Develop creative concepts for new business pitches and actively contribute to the new business process.
• Listen, learn, and understand the bigger picture.
