We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Copywriter to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of big-idea thinking, resourcefulness, and artistic skill necessary to create, sell, and execute impactful ideas for our clients that resonate with consumers. This role involves creating buzzworthy social content and campaigns, brand activations, and innovative experiences that connect brands with culture. The successful candidate will be culture-obsessed, have their finger on the pulse of the latest trends, and be committed to honing their craft as a storyteller, understanding brand tone, and spinning stories out of thin air.

Responsibilities

  • Craft stories that drive earned media and build brand awareness through campaign-level thinking and execution.
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, strategists, media specialists, and other team members to develop big ideas that spark conversation and engagement.
  • Produce concepts, headlines, scripts, social posts, and various other forms of online and offline brand storytelling.
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all creative adheres to existing brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Wear multiple hats during the concepting and execution phases of projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or related field (advertising, digital, social media, publishing/content or public relations).
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, well organized, thick-skinned, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables.
  • Ongoing drive to understand emerging techniques, trends, and philosophies in marketing, technology, interaction, and social media.
