About the position

We are looking for a talented copywriter to join our dynamic team, responsible for creating engaging digital content that aligns with brand and marketing objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of brand, campaign, and marketing objectives, and devise strategies to achieve them.
• Produce, present, and oversee copy deliverables, including presentation decks, mission statements, social media posts, website design and wireframes, and various digital placements.
• Develop copy strategies and plans across channels, aligned with key audience segments.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to create innovative, best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.
• Stay informed of copywriting best practices, trends, and tools, and participate in the local copywriting community.
• Contribute to the establishment of experience design standards, deliverables, and methodologies within the organization.
• Contribute to our inclusive culture and atmosphere, ensuring the highest quality of work and growth into the next generation of user experience designers.

Requirements

• BA/BFA in English, Writing, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 6 or more years of experience as a copywriter in an agency environment.
• Mastery of both Chicago Manual and AP styles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Keen time management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of writing and presentation software, including Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of and experience using Figma visual design platform as a copywriter.
• Experience with Jira project management platform (or equivalent, such as Basecamp, Monday, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships.
• Excellent listening skills with a passion for copywriting and content creation.
