About the position

The Copywriter (CW) at EVERSANA INTOUCH® plays a crucial role within the creative team, contributing to the development of concepts and copy that align with strategic and creative expectations. This position requires a strong focus on executional excellence, ensuring that all copy adheres to brand standards and meets deadlines. The CW is expected to have a growing understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations, applying this knowledge to create materials that effectively educate patients and persuade healthcare providers. The role involves working across various formats, including digital, print, and video, to produce clear, concise, and compelling communications tailored to different audiences, such as healthcare professionals (HCP) and patients. In this position, the CW will collaborate closely with art directors and other creative leads to deliver work that not only meets but exceeds expectations. The CW is also responsible for presenting and explaining their work to internal teams, ensuring that all communications reflect the strategic direction of the brand. A key aspect of the role is the ability to translate complex scientific information into accessible and medically accurate content, which requires collaboration with medical and editorial teams. The CW must demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, managing their time effectively across multiple projects while respecting timelines and deadlines. They are expected to communicate openly with team leads about their workload and progress, ensuring that they meet billability targets. The ideal candidate will show initiative, a desire to take on new challenges, and a commitment to fostering partnerships with teammates across various cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to concept and copy development under the Creative lead.
  • Create thoughtful and concise communications across various formats (digital, print, video) for different audiences (HCP and patients).
  • Collaborate with art directors to ensure work is on strategy and meets/exceeds expectations.
  • Present and explain work to internal creative leads and associated teams.
  • Collaborate with medical and editorial teams to understand scientific information.
  • Translate complicated scientific information into clear, concise, and medically accurate communications.
  • Understand and work within pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
  • Manage time and work across multiple projects effectively.
  • Communicate proactively about workload and project progress.
  • Respect timelines and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Mastery in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat; proficiency in Excel and Adobe XD is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in copywriting or related fields.
