About the position

Ocozzio is seeking a creative and strategic Copywriter to join their content team. This role involves producing engaging copy for various marketing materials while collaborating with account, strategy, and design teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate complex information into relatable messaging. The position requires a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Produce copy for a wide range of print and online marketing pieces including brochures, websites, press releases, emails, digital campaigns, video scripts, advertising, and proposals.
• Engage the audience with personalized messaging tailored to each client's unique strengths.
• Collaborate daily with leadership, account, strategy, and design teams to complete initiatives across multiple verticals.
• Attend client calls to present pieces, participate in strategic conversations, and receive feedback on messaging.
• Participate in team meetings to present best practices, discuss projects, and support team growth.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or English.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in marketing, with a preference for B2B and healthcare marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of call-to-action marketing and messaging.
• Ability to write various business documents including brochures, websites, press releases, emails, digital campaigns, video scripts, advertising, and proposals.
• Ability to quickly absorb complex information and translate it into concise concepts.
• Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working in a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
• Keen attention to detail and task-oriented.
