About the position

The Mashura Copywriter position is a full-time hybrid role focused on creating compelling content across various platforms to enhance brand messaging and support marketing initiatives. The role involves developing corporate communications, optimizing digital content, and contributing to the overall content strategy of Mashura, a leader in healthcare automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand messaging and positioning for CUBEX and ZIMBIS.
• Craft and optimize website content and digital marketing campaigns.
• Write SEO-optimized content and scripts for promotional materials.
• Collaborate with leadership to articulate the company's mission and values.
• Develop press releases and thought leadership articles.
• Create user manuals and UX/UI copy for software interfaces.
• Support the sales team with persuasive sales collateral and proposals.
• Assist HR with job descriptions and internal communications.
• Produce internal communications such as newsletters and training materials.
• Monitor content performance and conduct content audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to write press releases and corporate communications.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles and SEO best practices.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for collaboration.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in monitoring content performance and making data-driven improvements.
