Our mission is to thoughtfully design products that maximize comfort while keeping waste out of our oceans, allowing our customers to enjoy the places they love while protecting them. The Copywriter position is a pivotal role within our team, reporting directly to the Art Director and collaborating closely with our Chief Brand Officer. This position is responsible for owning the storytelling aspect of Fair Harbor, developing creative messaging that brings our products, mission, and impact initiatives to life across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset, enabling them to work efficiently with different teams across the organization while maintaining brand standards and a consistent tone of voice. As a Copywriter, you will create engaging and thoughtful copy for a variety of channels, including product and collection pages, marketing emails, organic and paid media, and collateral for events and wholesale. You will also be responsible for proofreading and fact-checking all marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency. This role requires a resourceful and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage deadlines effectively. You will assist in ideation for new messaging opportunities, leveraging performance insights to evolve our messaging as the brand grows. In addition to crafting copy for internal and external brand collateral, you will liaise with cross-functional teams, including Creative, E-commerce, Merchandising, Wholesale, and Design, to support our seasonal product launch cadence. Your contributions will help shape the narrative of Fair Harbor and ensure that our brand voice resonates across all platforms.
