About the position

The Contract Copywriter will work collaboratively with a team of designers, creatives, and marketing professionals to create compelling marketing communications and direct-response campaigns across various digital platforms. This role emphasizes creativity and innovation, allowing the copywriter to contribute significantly to the success of a growing business vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with creative teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for upcoming marketing campaigns.
  • Write engaging copy for various digital channels, including email, social media, web pages, and digital video.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Work closely with marketing performance teams and product teams, presenting and refining creative work based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Create innovative and high-performing digital marketing assets for channels such as landing pages, emails, in-app modules, and paid digital content.
  • Revamp existing creative assets to align with updated tone-of-voice guidelines and ensure compliance with legal and best digital practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative ideas that support business objectives and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in copywriting, ideally within an advertising environment (agency or in-house).
  • A portfolio showcasing impactful digital copywriting across multiple platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas to stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to self-edit and enhance creative work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in consumer finance is a plus but not required.
