About the position

ESS is seeking a creative Copywriter to join our marketing team, responsible for crafting engaging content aimed at substitute employees and school district personnel. The role involves creating various marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the company's values and mission, and collaborating with team members to meet their content needs.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, concise, and compelling copy for various marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, internal communications, recruiting assets, and sales materials.
• Adjust the tone, style, and messaging to fit different platforms and target audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Work with team members to understand their requirements and produce content that supports their goals and objectives.
• Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, and aligned with ESS' values and mission.
• Other activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• Experience as a copywriter in a marketing or advertising agency or house marketing team, at least 2-3 years.
• Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofing skills, with the ability to write long-form and short-form content in various styles and tones.
• Able to create on-demand and enjoy the challenge of working on various projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members.
