You're a conceptual thinker who can bring your ideas to life in new and inspiring ways. You must be comfortable working across all mediums. You have a strong point of view on concept, story, and tone of voice on behalf of brands. You have a high level of craft in all facets of your writing, from in-product to short and long-form scripts. When you decide to make something, you see your vision from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Write and concept ideas for a variety of mediums, including mobile, social, product, film, interactive, content, activations, OOH, print, events, experiential, etc.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of how writing and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product.
  • Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team.
  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Create original, breakthrough work.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of agency/in-house concepting and writing copy for brands.
  • History of self-initiated projects.
  • An interest in product storytelling and project strategy.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.

Benefits

  • $35.10/hour to $111,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
  • Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
