Responsibilities

• Interpret and interrogate briefs to create strategically driven and compelling work.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business, brand, consumer, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create powerful concepts that align with strategic copy direction.
• Apply learnings to creatively solve problems and meet timelines while ensuring exceptional work quality.
• Follow direction from senior creatives and provide strong rationale behind work.
• Execute and manage multiple jobs and daily tasks, independently gathering project information and seeking solutions.
• Assist with creative presentation materials.
• Communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully with all team members.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Copywriter in an agency or brand environment.
• Background in large scale program activations, promotions, brand marketing, social and loyalty programs.
• Strong conceptual abilities with the capacity to generate thought-provoking ideas.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• A killer portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate creative thinking.
• Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in multiple voices and create captivating headlines.
• Knowledge of various digital platforms, including social media and loyalty apps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
