The ideal candidate will be a versatile writer and thoughtful storyteller, adept at switching between different writing styles and formats to effectively communicate the SF SPCA's mission and values. In this position, the Copywriter will stay current on digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and content performance analytics to ensure that all copy is effective and engaging. The role requires distilling complex veterinary and animal welfare information into clear, concise communications that are accessible to a wide audience. Collaboration is key, as the Copywriter will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Creative Director, and Senior Manager of Communications to produce work that inspires animal lovers and helps define the SF SPCA brand. This position is based in the San Francisco office in a hybrid capacity, requiring a minimum of two days in the office each week, fostering a strong, well-connected team environment.
