About the position

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is seeking a talented and experienced Agency Copywriter to join our creative team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting persuasive and engaging content across various mediums, including digital, print, social media, and broadcast. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account managers to develop copy that aligns with our clients' brand voices and marketing objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing clear, compelling, and creative copy for a variety of channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print advertisements, video scripts, and more. You will conduct research and interviews to understand the client's industry, target audience, and marketing objectives, ensuring that all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for maximum impact and engagement. You will also edit and proofread content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and tone. Working with account managers, you will present and pitch copy ideas to clients, incorporating feedback to refine the final deliverables. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies will be crucial to continually improving content strategies. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different brand voices and target audiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
