About the position

The Sr. Copywriter at GlueIQ plays a crucial role in developing creative content that aligns with project briefs and brand strategies. This position requires collaboration with various teams to produce high-quality copy across multiple platforms, ensuring effective communication of concepts and brand awareness. The role is integral to the creative consultancy model of GlueIQ, focusing on fostering connections that drive growth for clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to interpret project briefs and develop relevant content concepts.
• Write and proof all copy for delivery or posting.
• Communicate concepts effectively, applying brand awareness and campaign tactics.
• Brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Adapt writing style for various mediums, including online (social media, email, websites, mobile) and offline (direct mail, collateral, brochures).
• Work closely with designers and art directors.
• Collaborate in new business pitches and internal meetings.
• Oversee campaigns from production to completion.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of writing or related experience.
• Strong editorial and proofreading skills.
• Enthusiastic about collaborating with the creative team to develop great campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; portfolio required.
• Professional experience in an advertising/marketing agency preferred.
• Excellent communication, grammar, and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven writing and concepting ability, with a knack for quick turnaround.
• Highly creative, imaginative, and curious about clients' products and services.
• Skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.
• Understanding of different language styles for various target markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
