This position is designed for a creative individual with a strong understanding of B2B and B2C copywriting, who can work independently and collaboratively across teams to produce engaging content that drives business outcomes. The role emphasizes the importance of SEO and data-driven content strategies to support small business owners and entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

• Writing and editing short- and long-form copy at the product and brand level.
• Collaborating with editor, product tech, legal, SEO, UX, and Creative to create cohesive stories for customers.
• Thoroughly proofreading content through various stages of content production.
• Supporting execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, mobile, and onsite.
• Building content in highly engaging formats based on data metrics such as bounce rate and CTR.
• Producing compelling storytelling-first content, anchored in business outcomes.
• Developing and writing engaging content for blogs, videos, emails, and other channels.
• Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics and refining content based on feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2C or B2B copywriting.
• Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and engaging content for various channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

Nice-to-haves
