About the position

In this position, you will lead the design and development of core Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) camera components. This role is critical in ensuring that the components not only meet the highest quality standards but also remain cost-effective and adhere to project timelines. You will be responsible for delivering components that are robust and reliable, which is essential for the safety and performance of the vehicles equipped with these systems. Your expertise will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance the driving experience and improve safety for all users. A significant part of your responsibilities will include the ownership and governance of robustness documentation. This involves developing and managing comprehensive quality documentation that outlines the standards and processes necessary to ensure the reliability of the camera components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the design and development process are aligned with the company's quality objectives and regulatory requirements. As a member of the Advance Driver Assistance Technology (ADAS) team, you will be at the forefront of automotive innovation. The team is dedicated to creating state-of-the-art software and algorithms that deliver best-in-class features such as adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and 360 camera systems. Your contributions will play a vital role in the full end-to-end delivery of these features into production across all Ford vehicle lines, making driving safer, easier, and better for our customers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
