About the position

The Core HCM and Total Workforce Technology Strategy Lead at Sanofi is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the core workforce HRIS portfolio and designing the digital footprint for the organization. This position focuses on globalizing HRIS processes, enhancing data quality, and optimizing technology solutions, particularly with Workday, to support both employees and contingent workers. The role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring seamless integration of HRIS solutions across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy for the core workforce HRIS portfolio, including design, implementation, and management of digital solutions.
  • Oversee the design and optimization of the digital footprint for HRIS systems and processes.
  • Drive the global standardization of HRIS processes and data quality, decommissioning local systems.
  • Collaborate with technology portfolio leaders and P&C market stakeholders to ensure a strong HRIS foundation.
  • Set the strategic roadmap for the Digital Product Management team accountable for the Core HRIS technology portfolio.
  • Leverage extensive experience with Workday to manage and optimize its use within Sanofi.
  • Manage and enhance the use of SAP Fieldglass and other contingent workforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless integration of HRIS solutions.
  • Stay informed about emerging HRIS technologies and apply innovative solutions to improve capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HCM and workforce technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing core HRIS portfolios and global HR technology solutions.
  • Extensive experience with Workday is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Fieldglass or other contingent workforce solutions expected.
  • Strong understanding of employee and contingent worker management.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive HRIS strategies that align with global business objectives.
  • Excellent skills in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
