About the position

The Core HR Global Process Owner (GPO) at Veralto will lead the transformation of HR processes to enhance the associate experience and enable HR teams to focus on high-value work. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Core HR processes, driving global harmonization, collaborating on technology-driven HR solutions, and championing change management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about continuous improvement and have a strong background in HR operations within a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Core HR processes.
  • Set design principles and promote process standardization across global stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT, Shared Services, and HR teams to implement technology-driven HR solutions.
  • Build and execute change management plans to drive adoption and ensure data quality.
  • Analyze HR data to measure impact and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years in HR operations, business process management, or shared services within a global environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and work effectively with global teams.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization and automation, with experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or related methodologies.
  • Proficient with HRIS, workflow automation tools, and process documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence and engage HR and business leaders.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP certification is a plus.
