As a CORE Quality Lead, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept through execution, working closely with various teams across a matrix organization to ensure successful program delivery. In this role, you will establish cross-functional program delivery teams, clearly defining roles and responsibilities while providing the necessary tools and resources for success. You will identify key decisions that need to be made and facilitate the decision-making process, ensuring that any blockers are escalated appropriately to maintain program momentum. As a change agent, you will influence cross-functional alignment by creating collaboration tools, processes, and training that can be utilized throughout the organization. Your partnership with leadership will be crucial in measuring initiative KPIs and increasing visibility into performance against our objectives, thereby informing decision-making on company priorities. To excel in this position, you will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business across all functional areas, enabling you to connect the dots and drive initiatives that align with our strategic goals. This is an onsite role, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and teamwork in our production and maintenance environments. Responsibilities

  • Project manage initiatives to optimize and transform the business from concept through execution.
  • Form cross-functional program delivery teams by establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide templates/tools and ensure appropriate resourcing for successful program delivery.
  • Identify and define key decisions to be made and facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Escalate initiative blockers appropriately to ensure program success and desired outcomes.
  • Manage through influence as a change agent to enable cross-functional alignment.
  • Create collaboration tools, processes, and trainings for organizational leverage.
  • Partner closely with leadership to measure initiative KPIs and increase visibility to performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business across all areas to connect functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management.
  • 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement, or an Advanced degree with 10 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
