About the position

The Revenue Analyst position at Harbor Group Management is focused on developing and managing business intelligence initiatives to enhance revenue management strategies. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Management, the role aims to provide actionable insights that drive topline revenue and demonstrate the department's value to the organization. The analyst will utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize returns across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Support the pricing team on various portfolios through data collection and analyses.
  • Consult on and provide pricing support for manually priced lease-up and due diligence properties.
  • Synthesize input from multiple sources to support strategic departmental planning and development.
  • Develop and maintain departmental reports to track internal key performance indicators.
  • Calculate and analyze revenue management ROI projections.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends across portfolio, amenity, and competitor data sets.
  • Validate and ensure the integrity of multiple data sources.
  • Assist Revenue Managers to ensure revenue management best practices are met.
  • Analyze and review property amenities to ensure all potential revenue is captured.
  • Provide business consulting to property management using revenue management applications and market data providers.
  • Gather macro and micro economic research and produce market economic reports.
  • Create performance reports measuring property performance against submarket and competitor data.
  • Train revenue managers and business managers on amenity and competitor data best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics or similar field required.
  • At least two years of analyst experience in multi-family and real estate revenue management preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Recent graduates with exceptional track records will be considered.
