About the position

The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Molina Healthcare is responsible for leading and executing the national community reinvestment strategy, programs, and partnerships aimed at improving the health and well-being of disadvantaged populations. This role requires expertise in strategic corporate philanthropy and partnership management, utilizing innovative approaches to enhance brand reputation and drive business growth in alignment with Molina's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of MolinaCares Accord grants, ensuring eligibility and appropriate tax status of proposed recipients.
  • Review grant requests, coordinate with Legal and Marketing, oversee contract administration, and establish metrics to measure value.
  • Manage a third-party vendor to identify key stakeholders and public affairs strategies for brand recognition in new markets.
  • Support strategic public affairs efforts for business development activities across the enterprise, coordinating with relevant teams and vendors.
  • Support data and outcomes collection and analysis for grants and community partnerships.
  • Develop training and educational materials for State Chapters on the Foundation and grant requirements.
  • Create presentations and talking points for external presentations, and review collateral in coordination with the brand and design team.
  • Manage and coordinate the development and execution of virtual panels for the MolinaCares Accords.
  • Train community engagement and growth teams on presentation requirements regarding the Accord and storytelling.
  • Coordinate with health plans, business development, and External Communications on promoting Accord activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, community affairs, public affairs, or corporate philanthropy.
  • Experience managing a budget and/or project management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Managed Care.
