About the position

The Corporate Account Executive role is designed for a dynamic individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with mid-size to major customers to drive revenue growth. This position emphasizes customer-centric strategies to enhance retention and growth by understanding client needs and ensuring that products and services align with those needs. The Account Executive will also provide insights to internal teams based on customer feedback and manage sales proposals effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Business Reviews at assigned accounts to ensure maximum SKU growth and full customer retention.
  • Achieve sales revenue and profitability growth targets at assigned accounts.
  • Facilitate and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on accounts' buying needs and behaviors.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline by discovering and mapping additional ingredients available at assigned accounts.
  • Document and advance agreed-upon Business Review initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional resources for results.
  • Utilize JRW systems and solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of formal customer-facing account management or similar role required.
  • Proficiency in standard productivity software, particularly Outlook, Excel, and sales order processing applications.
  • Proficiency with current Microsoft Suite, CRM, and ERPs required.
  • Food and Beverage industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred.
