About the position

The Funding Analyst position at Robert Half is a contract-to-hire role focused on credit analysis within the banking industry. The analyst will work collaboratively to assess the financial stability of businesses seeking funding and structure financial deals accordingly, ensuring compliance with banking credit analysis standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the financial standing of businesses seeking funding
• Structuring financial deals based on the financial analysis conducted
• Collaborating effectively within a team environment to identify credit worthiness of clients
• Utilizing CRM to maintain accurate records and process customer applications
• Conducting ad hoc financial analysis as required
• Resolving customer inquiries and providing assistance when necessary
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action based on account status
• Ensuring all practices align with banking credit analysis standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field required
• Prior experience and/or internships in analytic positions
• Strong understanding and proficiency in CRM systems
• Ability to perform Ad Hoc Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Credit Analysis and Banking Credit Analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
