About the position

The Corporate and Estate Planning Paralegal position at our esteemed law firm involves providing comprehensive support to attorneys in various legal matters related to corporate law and estate planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal entities such as Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), Limited Partnerships (LPs), and Corporations, as well as assisting in the preparation of both basic and complex trust documents. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage and organize client asset information effectively. Additionally, the paralegal will prepare correspondence and legal documents, draft deeds for transferring real property, and maintain clear communication with clients and other professional advisors to ensure a seamless legal process. The position is based in Salt Lake City, UT, and requires on-site presence five days a week. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of corporate and estate planning experience
  • 4-6 years of paralegal experience preferred (not required)
  • 4-year degree preferred (not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Clio is a plus
