Responsibilities
- Assist trial lawyers with legal research and writing.
- Prepare motions and other legal documents related to medical malpractice cases.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Demonstrate strong professional judgment in legal decision-making.
- Work as part of a team to support trial preparation and strategy.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of medical malpractice litigation and trial experience.
- J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
- Member in good standing and active in the Michigan Bar.
- Impeccable legal research and writing skills.
- Strong professional judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work as a team member and be responsive to support staff.
