About the position

The Corporate Business Application Administrator II at Collegiate Peaks Bank is responsible for administering and providing Level III support for various banking applications throughout their lifecycle. This role focuses on medium impact IT services, ensuring effective installation, testing, and maintenance of software products that support the bank's operations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication with users at all levels to enhance system functionality and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and provide Level III support for assigned banking applications.
• Develop strategies for system enhancements and design solutions.
• Manage installation of new software products and releases impacting business services.
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts with business users.
• Maintain effective IT systems and applications, optimizing service delivery.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT operational and security audit controls.
• Analyze business and functional requirements for applications and develop technical solutions.
• Provide recommendations and best practices to senior management regarding systems.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, particularly in banking applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements in IT.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with compliance and quality control in banking applications.
