About the position

The Corporate Business Quality Manager at Clorox leads the quality function for the Burt's Bees business, focusing on operations at the CPC Pilot Plant. This role is pivotal in developing and driving the strategic quality direction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and integrating quality systems across the supply chain. The manager will identify gaps and implement solutions to enhance business quality strategy and results, while also leading cross-functional teams and supporting the development of quality leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Business Quality Strategy in collaboration with GM and Supply Chain Leadership.
  • Monitor and report on Business Quality Strategy, Goals, and Objectives.
  • Work with operations to identify improvement opportunities using data.
  • Lead processes to improve product design and supply quality.
  • Implement and manage Clorox Quality Systems across business units.
  • Ensure quality standards and specifications are up to date and compliant with regulations.
  • Perform quality systems gap analysis and develop appropriate quality systems by location.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for quality issues and communicate quality performance.
  • Implement quality processes and best practices throughout the division.
  • Provide leadership and coaching for quality support representatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional FDA/Cosmetic experience in Quality management or Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills to drive results.
  • Project management skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong coaching and development skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management understanding.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in developing and managing quality systems in regulated spaces.
