The Corporate Communications Producer is a pivotal role within the Ashley family of companies, responsible for fostering a positive image and maintaining valuable relationships with various stakeholders, including employees, communities, business partners, government officials, media agents, and the public. This position requires a strategic and passionate individual who can create, produce, and manage both internal and external communications content to enhance the company's brand and engagement with its stakeholders. The Corporate Communications Producer will develop strategic communication plans, produce multimedia content, and oversee the execution of communication initiatives, ensuring that all messaging aligns with corporate goals and values. In this role, the selected individual will interface with all internal departments and external contacts, representing the Ashley family of companies and the Public Relations & Corporate Communications Department in a highly professional manner. The Corporate Communications Producer will be responsible for collecting, preparing, and disseminating information regarding community outreach, charitable efforts, and major business developments, ensuring that both internal and external audiences are well-informed. This includes managing the production of high-quality content such as press releases, corporate announcements, newsletters, and multimedia materials, as well as overseeing video content production from scripting to editing. The Corporate Communications Producer will also play a key role in media relations, building and maintaining relationships with media contacts and influencers, coordinating media outreach, and managing press events. Internal communication is another critical aspect of this role, as the producer will create and manage internal communication channels, fostering effective communication between departments and leadership. Project management skills are essential, as the producer will oversee communication projects from concept to completion, manage budgets, and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing regular reports and suggesting improvements. Overall, this position is integral to ensuring that the Ashley family of companies maintains a strong and positive public image while effectively communicating with all stakeholders.
