Legrand is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to join the LNA Team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in fueling the businesses and functions for success while elevating the Legrand brand both internally and externally. The Corporate Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms, including YouTube, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Collaboration with the Brand & Creative, Content, and Divisional Teams is essential to create engaging content that aligns with the Legrand brand and supports business priorities. This includes generating content for the LNCA President & CEO and providing content to divisions for consideration. The specialist will also monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities, analyze performance metrics, and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement. In addition to social media responsibilities, the Corporate Communications Specialist will develop and execute a comprehensive public relations strategy aimed at elevating brand awareness and reputation. This includes supporting CEO communications in collaboration with the Corporate Communications Director, building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and industry professionals, and drafting and distributing press releases and media kits. The specialist will coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and other public-facing events, while also monitoring media coverage and industry trends to provide reports and insights to senior management. Regular updates to crisis communication plans will be necessary, and the specialist may act as a spokesperson during crises to ensure accurate and timely communication. The role also involves tracking and reporting on the success of PR and social media campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to measure effectiveness, and adjusting strategies as needed. Internal communications will be a key focus, requiring collaboration with the Brand & Creative team and other Corporate Communications members on initiatives such as the Connect employee video series. Basic video editing skills are a plus, and assistance with internal communications programs may be required.
