About The Position
The Technology/Computer Technician position is a full-time role within the Technology-SMS department. The technician will serve as a team member under the direction of the Director of IT. The main duties will include providing hardware and software support, troubleshooting issues related to hardware and software, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
