About The Position

The Corporate Controller at Pacific Trellis Fruit will serve as the financial backbone of the organization, leading the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial processes. This role involves overseeing all financial operations, mentoring team members, and collaborating with business units to drive financial insights and strategies.

Requirements

• CPA certification is required.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting roles.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong communication skills to convey financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in agriculture or fresh produce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything from general ledger to payroll and cash flow.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial statements and analyses.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and success.
