The Corporate Controller will also be responsible for developing and implementing accounting processes and policies that improve efficiency and accuracy within the finance department. Additionally, the Corporate Controller will utilize financial software and ERP systems to analyze data and generate reports that provide insights into the company's financial performance. Conducting financial analysis and research to identify areas of improvement will be a key responsibility, as will providing strategic recommendations to senior management. Maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud is also a critical aspect of this role. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and other regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
