About the position

The Corporate Database and IT Support Analyst position is responsible for providing database software development and maintenance across various company applications, primarily supporting corporate, business operations, and financial operations functions. This role includes maintaining and upgrading the JF Taylor website and the JF Taylor Intranet, as well as providing administrative and management support for IT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update existing databases supporting corporate, business office, and financial functions.
• Develop, migrate, and maintain a new SharePoint Intranet to support employee training, certification tracking, social events, and other corporate data and documentation.
• Maintain and update the front-facing company website.
• Act as a liaison between 3rd party IT support and JF Taylor users, providing status updates to Corporate managers.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Procure, assign, and track software licenses company-wide.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field/discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience developing SQL databases, including front-ends for SQL databases.
• Experience with SharePoint development using the Microsoft SharePoint Framework and backend APIs.
• Experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, JavaScript, REST, and/or ASP.NET.
• Experience with Office 365 toolsets.
• Good interpersonal skills for dealing with all employees and departments, including Corporate management.
• Experience with older ASP and Visual Basic (VB) is desired.
• Experience with AWS and Bootstrap/HTML/CSS is desired.
