We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our dynamic and growing corporate team. The Director of Marketing will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, focusing on brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention across all properties. This position requires providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to the Digital Marketing Manager and other marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. The role also involves overseeing the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive guest experience. Additionally, the Director will work closely with the Head of Creative and Brand Experience Managers to refine and embrace the brand identity, ensuring that all marketing materials and communications reflect our brand values and resonate with our target audience. Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, agencies, and vendors will be crucial to leverage opportunities for brand exposure and growth. The Director will monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, maximize ROI, and achieve KPIs, while also overseeing the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources to support business objectives.
