About the position

The Corporate Engineering Recruiter at Intergen, LLC is responsible for driving internal mobility and succession planning to support the company's talent strategy. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners to establish recruitment requirements and sourcing strategies, particularly for hard-to-fill positions. The recruiter will engage in networking, participate in job fairs, and build relationships with candidates to create a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships within the business to drive internal mobility and succession planning needs.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand and establish requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Target hard-to-fill positions through networking and unconventional sourcing methods.
• Participate in targeted job fairs and trade show events to recruit top talent.
• Source and screen internal and external candidates.
• Establish relationships with well-qualified candidates and build a pipeline of passive candidates.
• Develop and negotiate employment offers.
• Support Veterans & Diverse Candidate initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records for employment federal and state compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a mid-level role.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of professional and touch labor positions across multiple disciplines.
• Solid background in recruiting for technical engineering skillsets.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing positions and programs.

• Experience working with various unions and union placement.
• Strong ability to proactively search and recruit candidates with a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
