About the position

The Corporate & Estate Planning Paralegal will provide essential support to attorneys in a reputable law firm specializing in corporate law and estate planning. This role involves drafting legal documents, managing client information, and ensuring effective communication with clients and advisors. The position emphasizes a commitment to high-quality legal services and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general attorney support
  • Draft legal entities, including LLCs, LPs, and Corporations
  • Assist with both basic and complex trust drafting
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents
  • Draft deeds for transferring real property
  • Organize and manage client asset information
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other professional advisors

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of corporate & estate planning experience
  • 4-6 years of paralegal experience preferred (not required)
  • 4-year degree preferred (not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Clio is a plus
