About the position

Advises and delivers client solutions and innovative analytics to corporate clients regarding complex strategic transactions, capital structure strategy, and shareholder value creation. The cross functional team works across coverage banking and capital markets to provide analytical advisory solutions and further deepen corporate client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assists MDs in setting strategy and objectives for defined business area.
• Responsible for thought content, advising, and delivering client solutions and innovative analytics.
• Applies extensive industry and product knowledge to elevate The Company to a trusted advisor and gain client mindshare.
• Support M&A advisory and capital markets revenue production and business growth.
• Mentors and coaches junior staff.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
• Experience in leading the full advisory of valuation, M&A/portfolio mix, capital deployment, capital structure, and cost of capital analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products.
• Proven ability to develop, nurture and monetize 'trusted advisor' client relationships with senior executives.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills combined with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong partnering and leadership skills in a complex, matrixed environment.

• 14+ years of related work experience.
• 6-8 years of management experience.
