About the position

The Corporate Finance Manager at Waters Corporation is responsible for managing and controlling corporate functions, including CEO, IT, Finance, HR, Communications, Research, Strategy, and Transformation. This role involves overseeing a team of analysts, ensuring timely financial closing and business partnering, and preparing a monthly contact report summarizing corporate function performance. The manager will also present findings to the CFO, CEO, and Executive Committee as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and lead a team of analysts focused on corporate function financial closing and business partnering.
  • Ensure timely delivery of partnering and analysis of close deliverables.
  • Manage the corporate function close process and report summarized performance to FP&A.
  • Drive operational and financial planning for corporate functions, ensuring achievable plans are met.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on corporate functions and participate in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • BS in Finance; MBA preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience, preferably in a public company.
  • Prior management experience desired but not required.
  • Experience managing/supporting corporate G&A functions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to executives.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with accountability in execution.
